Freshman Mason Topics student Jade Wheeler
(below) played the lead role in the GMU Players
production of "Venus." The play ran
from February 19 to February 29 in 2004. Mason
Topics congratulates Jade on her outstanding
performance.
Waverly Elizabeth Tinsley
Mason Topics student Waverly Elizabeth Tinsley
won The John C. Wood Scholarship, which includes
an annual stipend of $2,500. The scholarship
was presented to her at the George Mason University
Alumni Association's Celebration of Distinction
honoring George Mason's Best and Brightest on
Tuesday, April 2, 2002. Mason Topics joins the
Alumni Association in congratulating Waverly
on her achievement.
